Prices at Tail Tapping Antics
All our prices exclude delivery charges, which will be displayed on your delivery and order confirmation page when you order products from us online.
Payment options
We take payment via paypal, but will also accept cheques and uncrossed postal orders, please allow time for cheques to clear before goods are dispatched. Please note, we only accept payment from UK and Ireland registered credit and debit cards.

Using our search bar
Our Search engine works by checking your search term against all the product titles information held in the description area. The results will display the match to your query. Be careful if you search for more than one the item may not show up for example ‘leads’, however if the term ‘lead’ is type in a more definite result will be obtained. Creating a tailtappingantics.com account
At the beginning of confirming your placed order with us, you’ll have the opportunity to register with us in order to be able to retrieve your details and chosen delivery address. (Please note that this does not include your payment card details.) You’ll be asked to set up a password to access your account.
Changing your account details
If you wish to change or update your online account information (including your email address, password or communication preferences) simply click on `Your Orders` in the top menu bar or click here to go the `Your Orders` page. Then simply enter your email address and password and you will then be able to change the details that you originally gave.
If you would like to subscribe or unsubscribe from our mailing list, then go into `Your Orders` and click on the `Your interests and promotional preferences` link.
Managing the emails you receive
We'd like all our customers to receive the information they need to make their online shopping experience successful.
As a customer we’ll automatically send you emails confirming your order, its dispatch and any changes you might make to the order or your personal details to your order.
In addition, we can keep you up-to-date with special offers and products we think you'll like. If you want to subscribe to our regular email newsletters, just click the ‘Pets at Home club’ promotion or newsletter links on the homepage or the subscription link in ‘Your Account'.
If you no longer want to receive emails from us, you can click the link at the bottom of the emails we send you to remove your address from our list.
How to log out completely
If you use a shared or public computer to shop at tailtappingantics.com, you should log out (also called "log off" or "sign out") when you've finished to prevent other users from accessing your personal information.
To log out, click the "Sign out" link under the Your account links at the bottom of the page. Your personal information is then removed from the computer - you'll see the greeting on the homepage is no longer personalised to you.
Forgotten password
If you have forgotten your password, all you need to do is enter your email address on the 'Forgotten your password' page and we will email you your password information. Then simply follow the instructions in the email to change your password.
Where is my order?
After you have placed your order online, we will send you an order confirmation email, and the email subject line will start with ‘Tail Tapping Antics Order Confirmation'. In the body of this email you will find information about when your products will be delivered.
If you haven’t received this email within 24 hours of placing your order or your products have not been delivered within the timescale stated in the email, then please send our Customer Service team an email using our online form or telephone us on 07968 248 698.
If your order hasn't arrived, firstly, view your order online to check the status, if your order has not arrived within the expected time period, please email our Customer Services team on info@tailtappingantics.com or call us on 07968 248 698.
Change or cancel an order
If you wish to change or cancel an order contact our Customer Service team immediately by email on info@tailtappingantics.com or by telephone on: 07968 248 698 between 8am and 8pm, 7 days a week. Please have the order number and date the order was placed to hand.
If your products have already been delivered, then you will need to follow our returns procedure.
Track your order
To check your order status, just click on the Your account link at the top of the page, sign in and then view your order. You should see the one of the following phrases:
• Order received means your order hasn't been processed yet. You’ll receive an email confirming your order has been received;
• Submitting to warehouse means your order is being sent to the warehouse;
• Order processing - means your order is being processed at the warehouse;
• Dispatched means your order has left our warehouse. You'll receive an email confirming dispatch;
• Cancelled means your order has been cancelled;
Click on the tracking number to see where your package is. All orders except those delivered by Royal Mail will have a tracking number. However, please note we may not have been provided an order tracking number on some items delivered directly from the supplier. Please contact us if you require assistance with any such items.
If you find that your order has only been partially delivered, this may be because other items are being dispatched from a different location. However, if your order is obviously incomplete, over-delivered or damaged, or if you wish to change or cancel your order, please email our Customer Sercices team on info@tailtappingantics.com or telephone us on 07968 248 698 between 8am and 8pm, 7 days a week.

Delivery Schedule
We aim to ship all items the day after payment is received if all items are in stock. Most orders are received within 3 business days.
If some of your order is not is stock we will aim to dispatch these items within 14 days of your order. If, in the unlikely event, that we are not able to send your items within 14 days we will contact you.
